Super Size Me
A fairly well-done documentary. Granted, we're not really being told anything we didn't already know (McDonald's isn't just bad for you...it's really bad for you). However, Spurlock keeps things entertaining. My grade: B+

By the way, I don't know if you get FX channel in Canada or perhaps this show is broadcast somewhere up there, but if you ever see where 30 Days is coming on, you should watch it. It was created by Morgan Spurlock, and the show premiere featured him and his wife trying to live on minimum wage jobs in Columbus, Ohio. Very eye-opening and very well done.
