Well, I didn't want the contest winner to have a copy of the old PageFree version, so I put in an order to my printer for some copies of the new version. Unfortunately, three of them arrived with some bad scuffing on the top and bottom of the spine. Since it's not worth the hassle to return three books to the printer for a refund, I've decided to give them away here, completely free of charge (I'll even pay the shipping) and signed by yours truly.
